Fuel Travel is looking for a self-motivated software support and implementation specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working directly with customers to support and implement our custom SaaS based software applications which serve the hospitality industry. The position is full time (40 hrs a week). The successful candidate can work remotely, or from our Myrtle Beach, SC office.
Prior software support experience is preferred. A bachelor or associates degree is also preferred but not a requirement.
Requirements
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in the English language, both oral and written
* Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills
* Ability and willingness to communicate with customers one-on-one over the phone or video chat.
* Basic knowledge of web software technologies including HTML, CSS and APIs
* Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

* Organized, self-directed “manager of one”
Responsibilities
* General phone and email support (ticketing system) of SaaS applications
* New installation management
* Product training
* Software bug tracking and reporting
* Troubleshoot API (XML/JSON) communication and connections
* Understand and perform basic editing of using HTML/CSS/Javascript
* Over time, become an expert on all of our custom software products
* Create and maintain support systems including training videos, documentation, FAQ
What to expect
* The role is split between traditional customer support and installation management
* Fuel Travel is a small company (8 total employees). This role will be part of a team of 3 people.
* Direct, verbal interaction with customers is a requirement. You must be comfortable working with people.
* Fuel Travel offers 9+ products. This role will be trained to support all of these products over time
NOTE: This is not an IT help desk position. You will not be required to help employees or customers with hardware, operating systems, or typical IT role duties.

Fuel Travel is looking for a full-stack web developer to join our team full time (40 hrs week). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining sophisticated SaaS applications, which primarily serve the hospitality industry.
General Responsibilities
* Code, test, and maintain new and existing SaaS applications
* Collaborate with team members on product definition, scope, and timing
* Document all work
* Troubleshoot and solve bugs
Technical Requirements
* 3+ years of web-based software development using Microsoft .NET/C#
* Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular
* Experience developing database applications using MS SQL
* Knowledge of many forms of API communication
* Git, or a similar version control system knowledge
* Working knowledge of network technologies, Windows server, IIS/Web technologies
Personal Qualities
* Team player with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, time management skills, and a desire to work independently in a challenging position
* Excellent written and verbal communication (English)
* Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to learn and follow Fuel’s Spry/Lean development standards
* Patience, flexibility and an ability to handle pressure
* Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for quality of work performed.
